Payment Policy
The items in my website are offered through a
PayPal payment gateway. You do not need to have a
PayPal account to purchase through this gateway.
It is the most secure way to purchase on line.
Please note: Custom orders may take up to two weeks to
complete.
I also accept checks and money orders.

Warranty
I offer a one year warranty against breakage and
stone loss on all of my jewelry. If your jewelry
is broken, send it back and I will
repair or replace it free of charge and return it back
to you. This includes lost stones, but does not
cover lost pieces of jewelry. This warranty does
not cover lost items.
Return Policy
I offer a 30 day return policy on all of my jewelry.
You may send it back for any reason. Just fill out
the return form and send it in with your jewelry and I
will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price.

All items are shipped
via US Postal Service Priority Mail and are
shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment with the exception of
custom orders. I ship only
within the United States.
If an item has sold out, I will contact you immediately and let you know
when I can create the item or refund your full payment (including
shipping) if I am not able to create it.
Note: if you use the e-check option in PayPal it can take up to
a week for the payment to clear. Use your ATM check card
for faster shipment. |
